Welcome to the Poinciana area council

The Poinciana Area Council…

The Poinciana Area Council (PAC) comes under the umbrella of the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce. The Council was established in 1998 and represents the Poinciana region with its own Board of Directors. The PAC has become a strong force in the Poinciana community with excellent work done by its Directors and members. Amongst their successes are the establishment of an annual Business Expo, a Community Update event that focuses on the issues that matter most to businesses and residents, and through monthly showcases and networking lunches/breakfasts, PAC endeavors to inform and educate the business community on relevant ‘hot button’ issues.

Through the Business Expo PAC is very proud to fund a scholarship program for local high school seniors, and continues to support schools through Career Days for our high schools and an annual school supply drive for area schools. With an emphasis of what’s raised in Poinciana stays in Poinciana PAC also endeavors to support the local Y, Boys & Girls Club and other community organizations.

Being part of the community is important to PAC and it believes strongly that Poinciana is a place ‘Where Business and Community come together’.

Mission Statement: The Poinciana Area Council provides a common voice in promoting the economic well being of businesses and to advance the civic, industrial, commercial, professional, education and general welfare of businesses in Poinciana and neighboring areas.
